Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Have all tags and hygienic liners attached
• Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any signs of wear

For health and hygiene reasons, any items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned.

Final Sale Items

Please note that all final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Return Processing Fee

A flat $7 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover return shipping and handling costs.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at info@bknis.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.

Once your return is approved, we will email you:

• A Return Authorization Form
• A Prepaid Return Shipping Label

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
