US Shipping. 
  • Two-Day Shipping: Available for all domestic orders. Return shipping please contact support for return label.
  • Processing Time: Orders placed after noon PST will ship the next business day; orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday will ship Monday.
APO/FPO and other location.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: BKNI ships to these addresses via USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days.
  • Alaska and US Territories: Orders to these locations will ship via USPS or DHL.
Other policies.
  • Shipping Delays: While BKNI works to deliver on time, carriers may provide an estimated delivery date that is not always met.
  • Restricted Countries: BKNI does not ship outside USA.
  • Remote Locations: BKNI may not be able to deliver to geographically remote areas.
